What is Genius® RF microneedling?
Genius® RF microneedling combines fine needles with radiofrequency energy, using real-time impedance sensing to calibrate treatment depth precisely for each area of skin, to remodel collagen and treat fine lines, acne scars, and loose skin. A full-face session runs 60–90 minutes with 3–5 days of downtime, and results build cumulatively over 3–6 months. Pricing starts at $750 for a single full-face treatment, with 3-session packages available from $2,000.

Impedance-Sensing Needles
Each of the 49 insulated microneedles measures tissue impedance in real time, adjusting energy delivery based on your skin’s actual resistance at that exact depth — not a preset estimate.
Precision Depth Control
Needle depth is calibrated per treatment zone — shallower for delicate areas, deeper for thicker skin — ensuring RF energy reaches the dermis and subdermis where collagen and elastin are produced.
Thermal Coagulation Zones

What to expect in the treatment room.
Your appointment begins with Liz Lee RN mapping your treatment zones and applying topical anesthetic — typically 30–45 minutes for full numbing. The Genius® RF handpiece is then passed across each zone with real-time energy feedback adjusting for your skin’s response. Expect mild warmth and pressure; most patients tolerate treatment comfortably. Post-treatment skin appears pink and slightly textured for 2–4 days. Liz Lee RN provides a complete aftercare protocol, and a 2-week check-in is included with every session to assess healing and adjust the next treatment plan as needed.
