Chapter Four · How It Works

Warm skin, controlled dose.

Steam opens the skin; transdermal ozone and carbonic acid are delivered to the body while far infrared adds gentle radiant warmth. Every input is dose-controlled and physician-supervised — and because your head stays outside the cabin, ozone is kept off the lungs by design.

A sealed, single-user cabin. Session length, temperature, and ozone concentration are set per person. Being explored for circulation, recovery, and general well-being; individual experiences vary.

A controlled stressor.

Heat and ozone are mild, controlled stressors. In the right dose, the body adapts to them — the principle is called hormesis. Too little does nothing; too much is counterproductive. The window in between is exactly why dose and physician oversight matter.
