Your 30-minute HOCATT™ session, step by step

The session experience

A look at how your HOCATT™ session unfolds, from the moment you step in to the moment you step out.

1. 01
   Entry

   Preparation & entry

You settle into the cabin with your head outside in fresh air. A soft neck seal keeps the ozone and steam contained, and your provider sets the session to your protocol.

2. 02
   First few minutes

   Carbonic acid (CO₂) priming

The session opens with a CO₂ phase that dilates the capillary network and primes your skin to absorb ozone more effectively.

3. 03
   Core of the session

   Ozone steam phase

Warm ozone steam fills the cabin and is absorbed transdermally — the main working phase — while far-infrared heat and photon light run alongside it.

4. 04
   Finish

   Destructor cycle & cool-down

An ozone-destructor cycle clears residual ozone from the cabin before it opens, then a brief cool-down — and you’re done, no downtime.

Every HOCATT™ session is physician-supervised by Dr. Heather Volpp, MD. Individual results vary.
