EBOO · Your Visit
A typical treatment runs about an hour, reclined and comfortable, with continuous physician supervision throughout.
The EBOO session itself takes about 60 minutes, reclined, with a small IV placed in each arm. With circuit setup (about 10 minutes), plan for roughly 75 minutes for the session visit. A consultation is optional and not required to book; if you choose one, it runs 15 to 30 minutes by phone or in person, and your health history is reviewed before any EBOO session either way.
15–30 min · Phone or in-clinic
Dr. Volpp reviews your history, symptoms, and any labs, then decides whether EBOO fits — and designs the protocol if it does.
~10 min · In-clinic
Blood is drawn from one arm into a sterile, single-use closed circuit. You stay reclined and comfortable throughout.
~45 min · Reclined
Blood is filtered, ozonated, and infused with oxygen as it circulates. An optional UV light stage can be added.
Same visit
Oxygen-rich blood is returned through the other arm. We guide you on hydration and the cadence of any follow-up sessions.

EBOO is offered alongside your existing care. Dr. Heather Volpp, MD reviews every patient’s health profile before treatment; a $150 phone consultation is available on request and is credited toward your first EBOO treatment. Individual results vary.
