Safety built into every session

  • No ozone inhalation

    Your head stays outside the sealed chamber the entire session, so ozone is absorbed through the skin — never breathed in.

  • External ozone destructor

    The unit converts residual ozone back to ordinary oxygen as the session ends, so it isn’t released into the room.

  • Continuous supervision

    A trained provider stays with you throughout and can pause or stop the session at any moment.

    Dr. Volpp reviews your history and contraindications before your first session and sets your protocol.

Ozone is therapeutic on the skin but should not be inhaled. The HOCATT™ seals at the neck so ozone and steam stay in the cabin while you breathe normal room air — often with supplemental oxygen. It’s the single most important reason the sauna can deliver ozone comfortably.
